Dad's Hammer Returned. In 1978 a hammer was left 42 years it was waiting to be retrieved Never once did it leave its post For the hands that once held it Are now gone Yet in this hammer lies a story History a reminder Of a man we loved so dearly 2020 a hammer became a treasure A son was returned this long lost tool It is a piece of our history The memory of one man carries on Thank you to our Dad's customer from many years ago for sharing this story and waiting for the rightful owner to retrieve it. I wonder if there are more pieces of his work around....
