Seeing The Fingerprints

It’s been a long time ago…….but this little girl has tried out her school for one day and can’t wait until the next few weeks of summer are over to start a new chapter in life.  SCHOOL! Of course we celebrated Father’s day and I thought it would be fun to take a photo of each of our kids with their dad.  He’s a great dad for our kids!!!  He spends his time reading books, tackling them to the ground, or letting them tackle him, attempting to teach a few piano notes, watches them play soccer, helps them when they are hurt.  He gives them a lot of love!!! And they give him a lot of love in return. Talking about watching soccer the girls had a blast this past season playing while their little brother had a great time spectating.  We appreciate the soccer mom’s who organize this event and coaches, refs etc.

  As promised the party with the rapunzel cake needed to be posted.  Here are a few photos of this double party.  Miss B and Her good friend. This little man was a trooper and slept 3/4 of the party! That’s all for Miss B’s party until next year!

A little girl in our house turned 5 recently.  It is such an exciting birthday.  She worked on her party and cake plans with me for months and it all paid off on her special day. Scooter…….a nice pink girly one.  (Her sister rode on it most of her birthday) A remote control yoshi go-kart. (her brother played with that most of the day) Rapunzel was her theme for the year…………..On her actual birthday we had no parties so we thought we better celebrate with some cupcakes anyways.  Yes there are cupcakes inside the ice-cream cones.  They taste quite delicious! And if you can’t tell this is rapunzel’s tower with her long hair sticking out. The next day we celebrated two birthdays in the family.  These two are two years and two days apart. And this is her “dream” cake for turning 5.  This is the one we saved for her friends party.  It was quite the hit.  (more party pictures to follow in another post once I put those photos on the comput...

Wow!  Time flies by!  Here is our little man one month old. 

April 20, 2013 we were blessed with a healthy baby boy! 8lbs. 5 oz ~ 57cm tall We are all doing well!

  One of my sisters came down to BC for a week.  We spent some time with the majority of our family out by the ocean as her children don’t have the opportunity to be exposed to it like ours  (not that we take our kids to the ocean a lot…..)  It was a great day in the sunshine! By the way these two were dressed you’d think it was 30 celsius out…… This little gaffer belongs by an ocean.  From the first time we ever brought him to the ocean shores it is his happy place! This little cutie wanted to get in the water so bad…….she is probably more appropriately dressed for the weather than anyone else.  Though I do believe she managed to land in some puddle along the way.
