Seeing The Fingerprints

A random title, but those are things going on in our lives currently. We have been working on our yard a little today………no pictures yet as I’m waiting for the rest of the hedge to hopefully be removed sometime next week.  Than it will be ready to re-do the whole backyard and make it a great place to spend time in this summer.  We eat every meal outdoors in the summer, yes even our breakfast as the patio table is as close to the kitchen as the dining room table.  Oh summer, looking forward to it. Talking about warm days spring has sprung and that means we as a family are starting to get outdoors a little more.  We did some biking the past days and tried out our trailer.  The kids just LOVE it.  I on the other hand need a good whipping in to shape! You just have to love little E’s grin on this photo.   I wonder if he did that the whole bike ride.  He never made a peep!  Also note his arm safely tucked under his sisters. ...

Usually in February we take a little get-a-way as a couple….this year February was too busy for my dear husband at work so we moved this get-a-way to March.  Also since E is still nursing this also turned into a trio. Even if it wasn’t as relaxing as in previous years, it was still fun watching D interacting with our son.  He doesn’t have much oppurtunity to do this, so it was wonderful to watch him interact with him all weekend. Well if I had a lot of time I’d be outdoors taking photo’s on this amazing day.  The snow is glistening, the sun is shining……I feel like I”m in Alberta, but wait the mountains are proudly standing against the bright blue sky.  But reality only gives me a few minutes before my guests arrive for the day.  So here are a few photo’s as I feel like its been far too long since my last post The girls made this cake for their Dad on valentines.  See their proud smiles. This was after I cut his hair……… Don’t you just love those adorable chubby cheeks.  Tomorrow I hope to get a better photo shoot for his 3 months picture.

Well we’ve been in and out of our house the last little while so it feels good to be home again and not living out of the suitcase or laundry basket.  Well almost everyone……D still needs to return home from Peru. I’ve managed to attempt a few photo shoots this month.  My adorable nephew and a friends handsome and very busy boys! And some of this little man…….so stinkin cute.  Though J I think I need to get the photo’s back from you as I’ve seem to have deleted them accidently?" Oh he has the cutest expressions…..but a smile was hard to come by.

So why the orange with a smiley face you may ask. Well the post office has been trying to reach us about a package that was sent to our old address.  After attempting a few times to get a hold of them and they trying to get a hold of us we found out that there was apparently a box of oranges sent to us.  Who sends oranges in the mail?  Well we are still trying to solve that end of the mystery since they were a perishable item and we were unable to be located they were sent back to the sender who is unknown to us.  So if it was you.......ha-ha I doubt it, but let us know :) We do have a small thought on who it could be, but are not very confident in the thought yet.
