Seeing The Fingerprints

Our 2019 started out great! The girls made breakfast in this massive kitchen.  It was delicious! I am going to miss this coffee break by the pool, watching my kids have the greatest of time! After pool time and some shopping we went to visit some family.  It was a great visit!  We were super spoiled and the kids were allowed to play the grand piano with a lot of encouragement! Talking and teaching about Ninjago Getting a ride Singing and playing and more playing and singing. The next day and our last full day in California we went off to explore the Indian Canyons.  Where Oasis meets the desert. After a "long hard" walk through the desert it was time to head back to the pool and get cool... Some pretty excited faces! Rather than heading to the mall this Boxing Day we explored the above.....can you figure out where we are?  The name is on the photo. Clue #2 if you didn't see it earlier. When we entered on board the gentleman welcoming us told J that you can push any button on the ship.  His response, "You can press any button, that's incredible" There were a lot of buttons!!! Endless doors.... More buttons.... Even though it was the busiest day on the USS Midway I think this was one of our favourite outings. There is so much to learn and see and touch on the ship.  It really gives you an appreciation for the Navy.  One veteran was evening trying to recruit our oldest for the Navy....she's a little young yet. Another beautiful sunset to end our day along with exploring the tide pools. The Next Day we went to........... First part of the word starts with an L and ends with an O and something to do with land....
