Part 2 of Road Trip 2020
We left B.C. for more than a few hours this day....it was time to drive all the way on the Columbia ice field highway and journey to our next campground, Wabasso, Jasper. Even though it was a beautiful drive with a lot of wildlife on route there are no photos documenting the day. Thankful for making it safely and setting up camp at our new site for a few days. The next day was more adventurous. We were going to meet family on a glacier, but before we arrived there we took a stop at the Athabasca Falls. One stop worth visiting! As I reflected on this photo I realized the backdrop, take a look at the mountain in all its splendour in the background. I never noticed all the colours on it before until taking a look at this photo again. Wow! Dodging the many other tourists to try get a photo without any of them in it.
