There was more trouble from the loveable
The photo...
The outer piece is a bobby pin. A smaller one and that piece within almost made us have a big repair bill.
It all started in the week after our move. We were picking up a few remaining items from our previous home. When we arrived in our current home we needed to unload our vehicle.
The little guy was playing in the front with the steering wheel. I guess he needed a key as that's how daddy drove and so in went the cord. But this time the tip broke off. Yes that tiny 2mm piece in the picture ended up in the ignition.
After 3 hours of struggling to get this piece out of the ignition we managed to save ourselves some $. We lost time...struggling with different tools and flashlights and learning how to take out an ignition. How to by pass the lock of the ignition without a key. And place the ignition back into the vehicle. The vehicle ran once again.
Who knew such a tiny piece could cause so much struggle.
Needless to say our youngest is also no longer permitted to play in the front section of the vehicle. See endless stories with him. At least this one didn't involve a police officer on my doorstep. Yes I failed to mention that fact in my previous blog post when he mowed by the road. ...
All is well he combed my hair tonight and and gave me loads of hugs.

Well, Carla, here is a story that truly happened. One of my mechanic sons is working on a vehicle right now because the owners little kids decided to play 'gas station' and filled up the truck with water from the garden hose :-) So keep the garden hose away from your little guy.

Yikes! Good advice. Hope he never tries that!
