Back to Reality
It's almost 3 weeks of being back to the "grind" of life. This has been the quietest week for me in 2018! There is no school this week, just lots of reading and thinking about that big paper I have to write. (Well big to me!)
So a break on the blog was great place to start right.....haha. I'm almost done my assignment for next week and will start working on that large assignment that is staring me in the face.
In the mean time life hasn't really slowed down around us.
Here are some moments that have happened in the weeks gone by...
Ms. A played in a tournament and her school placed 2nd. They were pretty excited!!!
This is "normal" What else are "Grandma" pancakes good for....food fun!
The kids have been practicing for their school performance! What a joy to listen them singing praises with all their heart. The version of Amazing Grace is still playing in my head.
A special niece/cousin came to town and we even were allowed to spend time with her :)
Even if we froze outdoors trying to play basketball....
Do Cupid's drop by your house too? Haha this cracks me up. The kids had no clue how that heart appeared in the snow. I told them a cupid came.....well they don't even know what a cupid is so the words that came out of their mouths were hilarious....the stupid dropped by, the cupboard dropped the heart and many other versions.
V-Day tradition...heart pizza!
This year dinner involved heart shaped carrots and heart shaped brownies for dessert.
This is what we do in real life! Plus more of course...
Back to the books for me!
