1/4 of the year gone by.

It's April....and I have not posted since January.  Yeah, it has been super busy over here in the house.  As soon as we came back from vacationing down south the whirlwind weeks began.  It was to the grind of full weeks outside of the home!  I do not think I have been gone 5 days/week for school/work since the beginning of my marriage to Mr. D.  and that only lasted about a year and I went down to part-time work outside the house.  So it's been a little WOAH some days.   I am currently getting very close of ending this chapter in our lives ! One more 5 day week and then things will calm down!

Overall school and my practicum have been a joy.  I am going to miss seeing some of my classmates on a weekly basis.  The laughs and stories we share about our experiences on the job, or in our classroom always make up for a good day being together.  We are all excited to be completing this chapter in our lives and to be walking down the stage in a few weeks from now with our regalia on!  Thankfully we have technology that will keep us somewhat connected!

Anyways that has not been the only thing going on in my life, as there are many things happening around me with 5 other people being a part of my daily life.  I will share those in photo format as you know a picture can be worth a 1,000 words....and realistically I am currently tired of typing words...(page 13 of my assignment and I'm not done yet :( )

Built Rollercoasters

Explored Vancouver with some family....and walked on a lot of yachts while there.

While our kids were at their grandparents....and since I managed to complete 2 papers while they were there we snuck off for a bike ride.  What was supposed to be an easy ride turned into an interesting path.  Even if I was frightened at times of falling off the cliffs we made it!  It sure had my heart pumping at times!

Super fun times helping their Grandpa on the farm

Some more visitors came to see us!  WE are so LOVED....
Making play dough cookies (edible ones!)

Spent so much time outside with cousins over spring break, because we had such fantastic weather!!

One last hurrah to spring break with our awesome guests.

That is our lives these past 3 months!  I cannot believe how much we do between studying and school and practicum some days..... thankful I took some photos of things we did, because I don't think I would remember much of all those happenings.

I hope you have had a interesting first quarter to the year?
